Reflect on Your Ministry Instincts: When taking the free APEST assessment, you will answer a series of questions focused on your passions, default reactions, leadership values, and how you naturally serve others. Rather than evaluating mere competency, this tool examines your foundational spiritual DNA rooted in Ephesians 4:11–13.
2. Uncover Your Fivefold Profile: Once completed, the assessment evaluates your responses across the five biblical functions: Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, and Teacher. Your customized profile highlights both your primary operational impulse and secondary supporting gift.
3. Apply Your Archetype to Kingdom Leadership: Completing your free APEST assessment gives you a tangible roadmap for growth. Understanding your specific archetype helps you collaborate more effectively with team members, avoid leadership burnout, and serve your church or ministry from a place of deep alignment and joy.
